Processing:

Most items are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Please contact me if you need an item sooner and I will see what I can do!

Shipping:

All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service in a padded flat rate envelope. If you are a Maine resident you will be charged state sales tax which is 5.5% of the item. Shipping out of state requires no sales tax.

Returns:

All sales are final, I do not issue refunds or returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately, I want to make my customers happy and will do everything I can to make a piece just right.  

Jewelry Care:

All steel pieces are coated with an anti-rust coating to prevent the steel from rusting. Taking care of your jewelry will insure the pieces longevity. I suggest storing your steel jewelry in a dry environment and to take it off before jumping in the pool showering or going to the gym. The crushed pearl coating can chip off over time, but is generally pretty durable. If you ever need pieces re-coated in crushed pearl please contact me!

Items can always be made in sterling silver upon request. Sterling silver does not rust and requires less careful care. Silver does tarnish with wear but it will not damage the integrity of the piece, only change the way the jewelry looks. If a sterling silver piece has a crushed pearl coating I would still stay away from water while wearing the piece.
